comes from 2003 when this item was seen on the club web page:

It was created from a collection of mugshots of members at that time.  The mugshots also were used to generate a little game where you could get the name of the member by placing your cursor on the image.  Sometime in the future, you may see WHOISIT in sync with the roster of today's members.

Meanwhile, you are invited to play yesterday's version of WHOISIT.
